Bagasse products are heat-stable, grease-resistant, microwave safe, and sturdy enough for all of your food needs.Stronger and more attractive than paper bowls. Can be used to serve hot or cold foods such as oatmeal, pork, cereal, soup or even Chinese dishes. Bagasse is made of bleached and unbleached sugarcane fiber.

Had a potluck of soups with our friends. They worked perfectly for this purpose. I imagine they’d be a great size for desserts & side dishes as well. They are not flimsy at all and do not impart any taste to the food. Cleanup was so easy. It could’ve been a nightmare with that many people/bowls but this was super-easy while still compostable. Will buy again if the need arises.

I use these bowls for snacking, feeding my cats /kittens. Sturdy. Use for fruit, cereals. When wet with water or any liquid they do start to biodegrade quickly so that’s a nice feature. I love earth friendly. Sturdy, perfect for children’s cereal.
